Wialon Longs for Wireless

Satellite monitoring market is constantly evolving to place new challenges before hardware and software manufacturers. Moreover, when the solution is already found, we continue striving for ideals.

Temperature control in refrigerated trucks is so far the issue of current interest for any transportation company. By now wired temperature sensors were able to face the challenge, while installators were bound by cables and tired with time-consuming mounting procedures.

In pursuit of simpler but equally effective solution wireless sensors were suggested with extended functionality available in Wialon.

How it works?

So you finally got a precious sensor and surprisingly you see a refrigerated truck nearby. Time has come to go ahead with installation. Expecting to spend a couple of hours on installation you get through the process  in 10 minutes: the sensor is easily attached to a refrigerator wall in any way you like and communicates data to a tracker or a receiver installed in the driver cab.

Thanks to Wialon system you possess all the necessary temperature data throughout the trip. Additionally, our report system allows for quick data analysis, while notification system ensures prompt reaction to critical temperature variations in real time.

Additional options

Whether you often press Ctrl button or run satellite monitoring business, there’s never too much control. Temperature monitoring often demands door opening detection sensors to make the process even more effective:

  • Monitoring for temperature variations associated with refrigerator door opening;
  • Unauthorized door opening detection to ensure door opening only at loading/unloading sites.

Similar to wireless temperature sensors you no more need cables to detect doors openings and accurately analyse temperature variations over time.

Key benefits

  • Simple installation procedure;
  • Refrigerator integrity maintenance;
  • Quick reinstallation to another truck;
  • Off-line operation due to internal battery;
  • Overall flexibility.

New principles of sensor implementation ensure maximum operating convenience and obviate the need for cable installation and management. No one ever gave up on wireless Internet after using it once. Trust me, the same will be with wireless sensors!

  1. Hi Kirill,

    On this case, are you suggesting a wireless sensor in special? Would like to know if you can share contact details. Regards.

    1. Hi Roberto! Thank you for your interest. All the necessary info on wireless sensors in Wialon can be sourced from Gurtam Operator Division specialists. They are ready to provide all the necessary consulting. Please contact them by email or Skype (sales@gurtam.by. Skype: dima_vashkevich; tisl-gurtam).

    2. Hi Roberto,

      My company (Gurtam Operator) developed this sensor. The solutions consists of receiver and transmitters. There are two types of transmitters: temperature sensors and door sensors. Both can work at the same time. Transmitters are autonomous. Working period before next battery change approximately 1 – 1,5 year.
      Receiver connects with GPS telematic device via 1-wire protocol (for temperature) and 1 digital output (for door sensors). If you have more questions please contact by email or Skype:

  2. You can also look at the Cellocator Nano with its multisense sensor. These are a 6 parameter sensor, including temperature, movement, free fall, impact, light and magnetic field for door open and close, with the option to have humidity as a parameter. They use bluetooth for communications either to the NANO device or a mobile device that has bluetooth .

  3. Hello lads
    Can you provide more info about these sensor? I think is similar to Cellocator’s multisensor BT4.0.
    What AVL can it be integrated?
    Thanks in advance for tec info.
    Regards
