The integration between Wialon and the Polish governmental monitoring platform SENT allows carriers and partners to comply with Polish national laws in a more convenient way.
Since October 1, 2018, both domestic and foreign companies that transport sensitive goods on or through the territory of the Republic of Poland must forward the vehicles’ location data for the entire route to the SENT platform. To do so, the carrier’s driver needs to install and operate a dedicated SENT mobile app, which adds one extra step to the fleet management process.
Wialon offers a simplified way of respecting these requirements by integrating with the SENT platform. Now, all you need is a GPS device connected to Wialon. That way, drivers won’t be distracted by the need to manage the mobile application. This results in increased road safety, as well as prevents any potential law violations due to smartphone malfunction.
